Lifeline extension system

The V 142 fixing system allows the lifeline to be “extended” 1.30 meters above the last step, thus allowing the user to access the upper level very easily.

Automatic continuous passage system

The cable goes inside a stainless tube that protects it. The V-LOCK trolley allows passage through it without any manipulation, always leaving both hands on the ladder.

• Separated from each other every 8 meters (6 meters for outdoors), it prevents the user from separating from the ladder and causing the “arrow arc” effect on the line.
• The V 202 T intermediate piece allows the continuous passage of the V-LOCK fall arrest trolley.
• Laser marking of the part ensuring total traceability and graphic placement marking.

The design of the CRISBE intermediate piece prevents the cable from coming out. Its mechanical characteristics allow the cable to be retained if it is pulled out with the weight of the operator.

In addition to its function of preventing the cable from exiting, the intermediate piece allows the operator to pass without any manipulation, both when ascending and descending, and with the majority of mobile fall arresters on the market.

Optimal cable tension guarantee

The tensioner always guarantees optimal cable tension, without the need to measure or control the tension. It is equipped with a stainless steel tensioning/regulating spring, for self-tensioning. It is anchored by a point on a rung of the ladder.

IGENA's constant desire to innovate has led to the creation of the V 402 tensioner. And it has done so from the point of view of the user and the installer.

• Always guarantees optimal cable tension, without the need to measure or control the tension. It is enough to loosen the nut a few turns to see the cable taut, with a guaranteed tension between 23 and 30 daN.
• Own design and manufacturing, with a robust stainless steel anodized aluminum profile and all stainless steel mechanism.
